Focus on Me. I Am within your inner self as well as all around you. The more you focus on Me, the more you will hear My Voice. I will direct your thoughts. I will give you understanding. I will cause you to see what you have been missing. Focus on Me. Send distractions away. Focus your attention on Me over and over through the day. I will reward you. John 14:26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. Revelation 3:10 Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with him, and he with me Jeremiah 29:12-13 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

There is no freedom or real Love in the cell. It is a place of death that is in a disguise. Ask Me to pull off the disguise so you can see death. Then put both of your feet outside the cell door which I opened and follow Me, Jesus Christ, the real Lover of your soul, to freedom and true Life. Isaiah 61:1 The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners. Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. Psalm 97:10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil, for he guards the lives of his faithful ones and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.

The pathway to freedom that I will lead you on requires that you leave the place where you have been. Do not try to keep one foot within that prison cell while following Me with the other foot. You see how impossible that would be. Set both feet out of that place and walk away from it while I lead you to the fresh air of freedom. Matthew 11:28-30 28 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light. Galatians 5:1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery. James 1:25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do.

Salvation begins with the forgiveness of your sin just like salvation for a prisoner begins when the door to his cell is unlocked. The prisoner, in order to gain complete freedom or salvation, must then follow his deliverer through the maze of prison hallways and wait while he unlocks each door that eventually leads to the open air. Complete freedom is a process of following Me, waiting on Me, obeying My instructions and remaining in a state of trusting in Me. Focus on Me within your inner self. I will lead you to the open air of Life and peace. Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed

Focus on Me. The more you focus on Me the more you will be saved. Turn your inner self to Me and hold it there. Be still and listen. I will reward you every time you focus your inner self on Me. Jeremiah 29:12-14 12 Then you will call upon Me, and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear and heed you.13 Then you will seek Me, inquire for, and require Me [as a vital necessity] and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.14 I will be found by you, says the Lord Psalm 116:1-2 1 I love the Lord, because He has heard [and now hears] my voice and my supplications. 2 Because He has inclined His ear to me, therefore will I call upon Him as long as I live.

Salvation is not just a one-time experience.  You are on the road of My deliverance and salvation. I Am saving you, rescuing you, setting you free, awakening you, teaching you, coaching you, drawing you, and changing you every day. Focus on Me. The more you focus on Me the more you are saved from the effects of darkness and you are healed. I Am your Savior, Rescuer, Strong Hero. Cling to Me. My Name is Jesus Christ, Lord over all. Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 11:2 The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and fear of the Lord- Colossians 2:2-3 My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge. 1 Corinthians 1:30 It is because of him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God-that is, our righteousness, holiness and redemption. John 15:5 I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. 1 John 4:4 Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

Every task or service you perform, no matter how simple or mundane, when it is done for Me, with Me, to obey Me, representing My Love, is holy.  Would you like to be awakened? Would you like to be awakened from your own little world? Would you like to see outside your little box? Yes, there is a whole new world beyond your self. Ask Me to open it up to you. Ask me to remove the walls around your self. The removal process may be painful but it will be worth the pain.  You will like Truth more than your little box. Philippians 2:4 Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.  Psalm 51:17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart, O God, you will not despise.  Romans 12:1-21 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another . . .

Wait on Me. While you are waiting, rest. Rest your spirit. Relax. Do not be agitated while you wait. Wait peacefully. Ask Holy Spirit to slow down your whirling emotions and relax. Rest on My Love as if it were a soft pillow for your head. Close your eyes and feel the pillow of My Love under your head. Rest your spirit even while you are busy during the day. Yes, this is possible. Ask Holy Spirit to give your spirit peaceful relaxation while you are performing your duties. Rest in My Love while you wait. Do not fret . . . it only causes harm. Wait peacefully. Psalm 37:7a Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; do not fret over the one who prospers in his way . 

The Valley of the Shadow of Death is not an easy place for your selfishness to grow. It is the place where self dies. If you accept the Valley of Death as My Will, then where there is loss, selfish demands die. Where there is pain the desire to serve others grows. Where there is a bleak future faith grows. Where there is pride the humble knowledge of your weakness takes over. Learn to Love the valleys. They are the truly good times of your life. Psalm 23 The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

When times are good, what dies and what lives? Does selfishness die in good times? Does greed die? Does pride die? What about doubt, does it die? No. Good times cause those things within you to grow as moisture causes mold to grow. The more your flesh is given easy living, entertainment, and indulgences the more it grows and demands them. James 1:2 Consider it nothing but joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you fall into various trials 3 Be assured that the testing of your faith [through experience] produces endurance [leading to spiritual maturity, and inner peace]. 4 And let endurance have its perfect result and do a thorough work, so that you may be perfect and completely developed [in your faith], lacking in nothing.

Faith does not grow when the future looks bright and easy. Thank Me for the dark valleys. You will thank Me later. James 1:2 Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds,  3 for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. 4 And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.

Accept the hard times, dark valleys, from My Hands as they are good gifts. Gifts do not have to be easy and pleasant to be good. Accept with humble awareness that I know what I Am doing and all I do is good. Psalm 23  The LORD is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. I Am Lovesick for you. There is no cure. My desire for you only grows. Nothing will stop it. I invented Love-sickness when I made you. Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age John 4:16 So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him, 19 We love because he first loved us

My desire for you won’t let Me leave you for even one second. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.  John 10:28-29 28 I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. Deuteronomy 31:8 It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed

I have the ultimate addiction and it is you. I just cannot stay away from you! John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.  Romans 8:39 Nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. 

Humbly, quietly serve those who oppress you. Do good to them. Do not point out wrongs. Leave that to Me. Your silent, sincere, humility will say more than words. Trust Me as I work in all of you. Ephesians 6:7-8 Rendering service with a good will as to the Lord and not to man, knowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, whether he is a slave or free

I know the days of oppression and tears, during this season, seem long. Remember that I Am the Master of time. Be patient and endure the pain. You will see Me make all things beautiful in due time. Ecclesiastes 3:11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Why talk to yourself? Yourself has no new information. I have all you need. Talk to Me. You are  protected when you focus on Me. 1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care on him; for he cares for you. Matt 7:7 Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8For everyone who asks receives, and the one who seeks finds, and to the one who knocks it will be opened. 9Or which one of you, if his son asks him for bread, will give him a stone? 10Or if he asks for a fish, will give him a serpent? 11If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!

Demonic spirits of fear want you to be afraid of honesty. Do not listen to their lies. I Am the Lord and I Am here with you. Proverbs 21:3 To do what is right and just is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. 1 John 1:6 If we claim to have fellowship with him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not live out the truth. Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
