My Temple On Earth

You are My temple on Earth.  Your being is designed with the same components as My original temple in Heaven.  You have a physical building . . . your body.  You have life in the outer court . . . your exterior life in which you interact with the world.  Your mind is a part of exterior, outer court life.  You have inner rooms within your temple. The first room is the altar. This is your will. Romans 12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

Ask Me to make you holy

The enemy knows and sees you as My temple. Ask Me to reveal to you all sources of defilement he has justified to you. Ask Me to pull off the mask of each contaminated  source. Ask Me to give you understanding of the peace and beauty of pure holiness. When you experience holiness you will crave it like you crave clean air, fresh bread, pure water, bright sunny days, and the freedom to move. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and that you are not your own? For you have been bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body.

Defiling My Temple . . . you!

In Heaven there is a most Holy Place. It is My temple. The Israelites made a copy or representation of it long ago. Today there are many, many copies of My original temple in Heaven on earth. You are a copy of My temple. The enemy knows and sees you as My temple. That is why he desires for you to be defiled and ultimately destroyed. Defilement is what he tempts you with. Defilement is what you must resist. 1 Corinthians 3:16 Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy that person; for God’s temple is sacred, and you together are that temple.

Behind every idol is a deceiving demon

Behind every idol is a demon who whispers thoughts to you, justifying the existence of that idol within your desire. The justifications are presented as truth and sense. The justifications are often acceptable to the world and even taught by churches. Leave every thing and every one out of your desiring heart and fill it only with Me. The idol check list

If you could have any 10 things you want, what would they be? These can include relationships, time, talents, personal status…anything. What do you wish for? What do you daydream about? These are some of your idols. Idols, like demons, can appear to be good and wholesome things. Leave them out of your heart. Throw the desire for them overboard. Want Me alone. Then I will awaken you. You will know when you are truly free from the idols. You will also know when I awaken you. No one will have to confirm this to you. Leave all behind and follow Me! Matthew 16:24-26 Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

Revealing Your Idols

Those who throw all idols overboard I will reward with My Presence. My Presence will awaken your spirit to see, know, and experience what was hidden from you before. Throw out your idols. Leave your worship through your desire of earth-bound things behind. Ask Me to reveal your idols to you. Then ask Me to help you throw them out of your heart. Leave all behind and follow Me. Throw your idols overboard. Then I alone will be with you wherever you go. I alone will lead you. Recognize idols that have traveled your life journey with you and throw them out. Follow Me. Identifying your idols

Idols travel with their idolaters every place they go. Idols of status, opinions of man, wealth and materialism, security of the future, relationship closeness, control, fame, and self-gratification in all forms travel with idolaters. I want to be your one and only God. Luke 14:26 If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his [own] father and mother [in the sense of indifference to or relative disregard for them in comparison with his attitude toward God] and [likewise] his wife and children and brothers and sisters—[yes] and even his own life also—he cannot be My disciple. Mathew 10:37 He who loves [and takes more pleasure in] father or mother more than [in] Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves [and takes more pleasure in] son or daughter more than [in] Me is not worthy of Me; John 12:25 Whoever loves his life will lose it, but whoever hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life.
