Your Mind is Like a Big, Untrained Labrador Retriever

Give Me your mind.  Give all your thoughts to Me. Just as you want a place to put your belongings and live out of – a place you can call home – you also need a place to keep  your mind. Your mind needs a home. It need a place to rest, work, and focus. Your mind is like a big, untrained Labrador retriever.  A six month old lab who has been  free to roam with its siblings in the country since birth knows only how to roam. It has no discipline. It does not know that it needs discipline. It believes that everything it sees and smells and hears is good for exploring, playing, with or eating. This is a dangerous state for a puppy. It is also a dangerous state for your mind. There are enemies all around who would trap your mind using interesting bait. A mind that is not careful and  on alert to the dangerous environment is a mind that will become ensnared. Give Me your mind, Pearl. Keep it focused on Me. Keep it straining to hear My Voice and follow My leading at all times. Saturate your mind with My Word. Soak your mind with music that keeps you focused on My love. Like a Labrador puppy, your mind will rebel at first. It will sense a loss of freedom to roam.The roaming of the mind must be stopped.  Like training the puppy to stay in the yard, keep your mind in My captivity. Do not be discouraged when you attempt to train your mind to remain with Me. Just like training the six-month-old labrador puppy, repetition is necessary. You were given  freedom of choice by Papa. Use it. Use your will, which is powerful, to keep your spirit and your mind in the awareness of My Presence. At first, taking your thoughts captive and forcing them to remain on Me will feel like you are chasing down that puppy. Do not give up. Ask Holy Spirit to help you. The more your thoughts and focus remain on me,  the more sweet fellowship We will have. The more your spirit looks for My Presence within you rather than focusing on life outside, the more your spirit will experience Oneness with Me. Just like you have to call that puppy back home time and again, call your mind back to Our Home. I love it when you are completely at Home with Me. I love Our sweet unity. Do not let your mind roam away from Our conversations and fellowship. Bring our conversation  and togetherness into every task you must carry out during your day. You will soon learn  how We can do the most complicated of tasks and communicate with the outside world  together. I will not hinder your ability to focus on solving a problem or listening to  someone speak. Just the opposite is true. I will open your ears and eyes. I will help you  to see truth. You will accomplish Papa’s will each day when you train your mind to remain with Me. A well-trained labrador retriever is a wonderful companion and brings help to a family.  The puppy learns to submit to the captivity but finds new freedom of fellowship, love, affection, and usefulness. The puppy becomes wise to potential dangers and rejoices in its home. Pearl, training your mind to remain with Me is so difficult that it takes both the determination of your will and Holy Spirits help. Ask Holy Spirit continually for help.   Ask and you will receive. Exercise the power of your will over your mind. Choose to train your mind to remain at Our Home with Me. Our fellowship will be so sweet. I will be your Reward. The walls of our Home will be painted with the beautiful color of true freedom. Freedom that comes with remaining captive to Me. I love you Pearl! Isaiah 26:3 You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and  peace Philippians 4:7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus 2 Timothy 2:4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier Matthew 22:37 Jesus said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart,  with all your soul, and with all your mind Romans 7:22-24 For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. Let’s Talk!

How can We have a real relationship without two-way conversation? How can you experience Me without real fellowship with Me? To talk with Me is to know Me. I Love you and want you to know Me. Let’s talk! 1 John 5:14 This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. Romans 8:26-27 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. Philippians 4:6-7 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

A Method of Communication

I Am speaking to you. Your thoughts are the method of Our conversation, like paper and ink are a method of communication. The sound of your thoughts is Our speech like the sound of exterior voices is speech. Trust Me. Talk with Me because I truly want to talk to you. 1 Kings 19:11 So He said, “Go out and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord was passing by, and a great and powerful wind was tearing out the mountains and breaking the rocks in pieces before the Lord; but the Lord was not in the wind. And after the wind, [there was] an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake. 12 After the earthquake, [there was] a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire, [there was] the sound of a gentle blowing. 13 When Elijah heard the sound, he wrapped his face in his mantle (cloak). and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. And behold, a voice came to him and said, “What are you doing here, Elijah?” John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. John 10:3 the sheep hear his voice and pay attention to it. Speaking to darkness is dangerous. Speak to Me, using the power of your thoughts. I created your ability to communicate with thoughts. I can also use what sounds like your thoughts to speak to you. I will answer you in your thoughts. Let Us begin. You will now never be alone within yourself. Trust Me. Inner Conversations

You always have inner conversation. You speak to demons without realizing it. You think you are alone in your thoughts. You speak to your self in vain. Now speak to Me. Many of the advantages are obvious. I can offer Truth and fulfillment. Speaking to yourself is futile. Proverbs 4:23 Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts. 2 Corinthians 10:5 We tear down arguments, and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ. I Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide an escape, so that you can stand up under it. 1 Peter 5:8 Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. 9 Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.10 And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you.

We Can Be Soulmates

I Am Spirit. The eternal part of you is spirit. Our two Spirits can enjoy fellowship together within your body and being. We can be soulmates. We can have ongoing conversations using what you think are your thoughts. Your spirit communicates with Me in inner conversation. Our conversation will bring you Real Life. Jeremiah 29:11-14 11 For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call on Me and you will come and pray to Me, and I will hear [your voice] and I will listen to you. 13 Then [with a deep longing] you will seek Me and require Me [as a vital necessity] and [you will] find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.14 I will be found by you,’ says the Lord John 10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me 1 John 1:3 what we have seen and heard we also proclaim to you, so that you too may have fellowship [as partners] with us. And indeed our fellowship [which is a distinguishing mark of born-again believers] is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 2:13 We also speak these things, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit, explaining spiritual things to spiritual people.

Talk to Me

Invite Me into your thoughts. You have an inner life of constant conversation. Who are you talking to? You cannot play both sides of a game equally alone. Having conversations within your own mind is like a dog who seeks to catch his own tail. It is useless and will only heighten your emotions. Talk to Me in your thoughts. John 15:15 No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. Psalm 25:14 The friendship of the LORD is for those who fear him, and he makes known to them his covenant. Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will hear you. You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart. Like Roommates

I made you to be able to enter into conversation with Me. I long to fellowship with you. I Am a friend who remains more than close to you . . . I remain inside of you, right with your spirit. We now can talk, spirit to spirit, like roommates. Talk with Me. I will never leave you lonely. Revelation 3:20 Listen! I am standing and knocking at your door. If you hear my voice and open the door, I will come in and we will eat together. John 14:23 Jesus replied, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make Our home with him. Song of Solomon 5:2 I slept, but my heart was awake, when I heard my lover knocking and calling: “Open to me, my treasure, my darling, my dove, my perfect one. My head is drenched with dew, my hair with the dampness of the night.” John 17:21 I pray that they will all be one, just as you and I are one—as you are in me, Father, and I am in you. Loneliness is the real source of all heartache. I created you for fellowship. I created you for fellowship with Me . . . Jesus, the best Friend you can ever have. I Am the only cure for loneliness.
