Letters to Pearl

Self-pity and self-righteousness

I did not give you a spirit full of self-pity and self-righteousness. Those two demonic spirits often travel together. Do not allow them room within your spirit or your mind. Be careful during times of bearing the burden of the blind sin of others. Do not expect others who are not in a season of closeness with Me to know what they are doing. Therefore, do not hold them accountable in your heart. Self-righteousness is judging yourself to be above another. You are not to be above anyone. Humble yourself as you serve and lay on the altar for those I placed around you. Do not feel sorry for yourself. It is an honor to serve and lay down your desires for those difficult ones. Be grateful for the opportunity to have the honor of giving your life for another. I will help you with your dark thoughts. Just ask for My help over and over again. We will do this together. I Am here.

Philippians 2:3-4 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others.

John 13:14-17 If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you. Most assuredly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master; nor is he who is sent greater than he who sent him. If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.

Galatians 6:9-10 let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.
