I Chose to be Yours

I Am the Lord . . . your God . . . your God . . . your God . . . yours . . . yours . . . here for you . . . belonging to you . . . in covenant with you . . . in Love with you . . . your very large, powerful God, with Whom nothing is impossible . . . your God . . . your God . . . your very close, personal God . . . unbound God . . . yours, because I chose to be yours. Now, leave the trouble to Me, while you rest in My Arms. Be silent and rest in My Love. I Am your God. Think about that. Rest quietly and wait. Jeremiah 31:3 I have loved you with a love that lasts forever. And so with unfailing love, I have drawn you to Myself Romans 5:8 But God has shown us how much He loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us! Romans 8:38-39 Yes, I am sure that nothing can separate us from God’s love—not death, life, angels, or ruling spirits. I am sure that nothing now, nothing in the future, no powers, nothing above us or nothing below us—nothing in the whole created world—will ever be able to separate us from the love God has shown us in Christ Jesus our Lord. Ephesians 2:4-5 . . . immense in mercy and with an incredible love, He embraced us. He took our sin-dead lives and made us alive in Christ.

Do You Really Want Me?

There are those whose relationship with Me is based on Truth alone. They are citizens. You have a relationship with those around you based on your knowledge of who they are and what standing you have with them. Then there are those whose relationship with Me is based on Love, as well as Truth. These are My intimate ones. There is a big difference between knowing information about Me, trusting in Me to secure your future, and falling in Love with Me as I have fallen in Love with you. Many are called, but few are chosen. You can have as much intimacy with Me as you have Love for Me. I Am waiting for you. I Am in Love with you. Will you be My bride? Or are you content to be a guest at the wedding feast? Matthew 22:11“But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment. 12 And he said to him, ‘Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?’ And he was speechless. 13 Then the king said to the attendants, ‘Bind him hand and foot and cast him into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’ 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.” Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me.

All of the Book of Jude 1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God. 8 Anyone who does not love does not know God, because God is love. 9 In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him. 10I n this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 12 No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us.

Spiritual tug-of-war

Your spirit feels like it is the rope that is being pulled in tug-of-war. It is. Remember that I always win. So lean into Me. Use your will and desire Me. Say with your heart and mouth, \”I choose You, Jesus and My Father and Holy Spirit. I choose You, My real Family. I choose You. No matter what happens, I won\’t stop. \” You will begin to feel the rope of your spirit in tug-of-war being pulled out of the pressure of evil and into My Love. Then you will have the freedom to breathe and feel My Presence. Always choose Me. I chose you long ago. 1 Corinthians 10:38 For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, 39 nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Galatians 5:13 You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love. Ephesians 6:13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.

You are just what I wanted!

When I made you, I made just what I wanted. I Love you! Psalm 138:8 The LORD will work out His plans for my life— for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever. Don\’t abandon me, for you made me. Psalm 139:16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in Your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. Ephesians 1:4 Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. James 1:8 He chose to give birth to us by giving us His true word. And we, out of all creation, became His prized possession.
